HB 62: An Act amending the act of September 20, 1961 (P. L. 1541, No. 657), known as the “Pennsylvania Agricultural Commodities Marketing Act of 1968,” changing the name of advisory boards to commodity marketing boards; further providing for powers and duties of said boards; and further providing for powers and duties of the Secretary of Agriculture.
