HB 1073: An Act amending Title 75 (Vehicles) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, further providing for the registration of vehicles, for the licensing of drivers, for the depositing of waste from vehicles upon highways, property and waters, for the nonexclusion of insurance benefits for insureds who are under the influence at the time of an accident and the disposition of certain fines and bail forfeitures; and further providing for speed timing devices.
