SB 167: An Act amending the act of December 5,1972 (P. L. 1280, No. 284), entitled “Pennsylvania Securities Act of 1972,” changing the registration requirements and fees for broker-dealers, investment advisers and agents, eliminating obsolete language relating to consent to service of process requirements and further providing for administrative files.

SB 306: An Act amending the act of October 28, 1966 (1st Sp. Sess., P. L. 55, No. 7), entitled “Goods and Services Installment Sales Act,” further providing for applicability of the act, for the contents of contracts, for a certain notice of claims or defenses, for judgments, for service charges and certain fees and eliminating the duty of the Department of Banking to supply rate charts to retail sellers and finance agencies.

HB 668: An Act amending Title 18 (Crimes and Offenses) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, providing for the rights of a District Attorney in litigation involving prisoners; further providing for offenses relating to alcohol; providing for drug trafficking to minors; further providing for scattering rubbish; regulating matters relating to the performance and funding of abortions, the protection of women who undergo abortion, and the protection of children subject to abortion; revising the penalties for false reports to law enforcement authorities; making an editorial change; and making repeals.
